Welcome to the world of music, movement and meditation. A place where sacred and modern instruments are used to create somatic relaxation and create community connection.
Sound therapy is an ancient tool that can be used as a powerful and potent modality to evoke deep states of rest and relaxation. Sound can be applied directly on, or off the body, which makes it ideal for those with heightened sensory constitutions or simply for those who prefer not to receive direct touch.

Beyond Asana - 8 week course
"An introduction to the ancient art and philosophy of Yoga"
Learn the foundations and core aspects of Yoga, beyond the physical poses (asanas), in an a casual group setting.
Is this course for you?
Have you ever wanted to try a Yoga class but feel put off by the studio lights, tights or immediate physicality of it all?
Maybe you have already tried Yoga; rolled out your mat, twisted, turned, took a breath, held a breath, closed your eyes, opened your eyes, only to find yourself not quite feeling the true power of the practice?
If yes, then this course is for you!
Together in a small group we will start well away from movement on the mat. Through weekly face to face sessions I will guide you through what I have gained from Yoga, not just as a physical instructor, but as a human who has learned and leant on the deep philosophical teachings of Yoga to help navigate life's hardships more easily, and revel in times of harmony more deeply.
No experience needed!
This is a course for all levels but aimed at those wishing to start their journey into Yoga. Together we will navigate our way through a different topic each week with plenty of opportunity to share our interpretations, reflections and learnings individually. We will communicate and connect in a gentle and safe way.
Relax, we will learn together!
Set in a community hall we will make ourselves comfortable with chairs, cushions and mats to sit on (or stand) whatever you like. A different mediation/relaxation session will also be offered as part of our teachings each week.

GROUP
SOUND IMMERSIONS
$25-50 per person depending on event space
In group sessions we come together to gently move our bodies, whilst incorporating short, simple meditation and breathwork practices to help prepare the body to receive.
We then settle in to a comfortable lying or seated position and let the sound do the rest. These group sessions are designed to relax and guide us back to our natural state of being.

Spend a whole or half day with like-minded others in serene surroundings as we explore various aspects of Yoga, Meditation and Sound to promote rest and relaxation. Held throughout the year, these day retreats allow each individual to rest, restore and reconnect to their inner spirit.
Enjoy a day of peaceful and purposeful activities whilst connecting with others as we slow down, unfold and allow ourselves to receive and reconnect.
